The Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is 11.3 miles (18.2 km) from the AT&T Conference Center; approximate travel time is 15 to 20 minutes. To get from the airport to the AT&T Center you can book a transfer with Super Shuttle ($22.00* round trip), take a taxi ($25.00* one way), or book a private sedan service ($55.00* one way - please call the hotel at (877) 744-8822 (512) 404-3600 to make arrangements).

Call the AT&T Conference Center directly at 1-877-744-8822 (toll-free) or (512) 404-3600 and let them know you are part of the PIM Conference 2009, or visit www.meetattexas.com and reserve your room online. Please follow the steps below:
- Go to the AT&T Conference Center website.
- On the left side of the page, enter the dates of your stay.
- Under Booking Code, enter the group code PIMCON1009. Disregard the field that asks for a UT EID.
Reservation cut-off date is September 30, 2009.

Reservation Guarantee and Cancellations:
All reservations must be guaranteed by guest with a valid major credit card to be supplied at the time of reservation. Cancellations will be accepted prior to 12:00 pm CST on the day of arrival.
Check In:
The hotel check in time is 3:00 pm CST.
Check Out:
The hotel check out time is 12:00 pm. Any later departure must be approved through the front desk. Confirmation of late check out is based on availability.
