BBA Global Business Program:  McCombs Students
 
How to Apply
A limited number of students will be accepted to the program on a first-come, first-served basis.  Students are encouraged to enroll early as some CIBER-sponsored programs fill before the enrollment deadline.  

Before enrolling in the BBA Global Business Program, please refer to the eligibility/pre-requisites information to determine your eligibility for the program.  McCombs School of Business students interested in the program are strongly encouraged to consult with their Academic Advisor and a CIBER Study Abroad coordinator or Peer Advisor.


BBA Global Business Program Application Checklist:

(this checklist is intended for McCombs students)

 

A. Enrollment Deposit - due by May 13
    To begin enrollment in the program, submit a $500
    (non-refundable) enrollment deposit check or money order, made payable to The University of Texas at Austin, to CIBER.
    The check or money order must include your name,
    UTEID, and program name (i.e. BBA Global).

 

B. Supporting Documents - due by June 1
    Please submit the following items to CIBER (CBA-N 3.204):


    1. Academic Advisor Approval Form, must be signed by your

        Academic Advisor.


    2. One passport-sized photo (approximately 1-1/4” X 1-3/4”; in
        color, headshot against solid background).  Please send

        the photo electronically (JPG format preferred) to:

        CIBER.  If you prefer, you can submit a photo to the

        CIBER office (CBA-N 3.204).


C. 
Deadline to Pay Program Costs - due by July 7

     Students are responsible for paying registration fees to

     University Extension for 3 credit hours and a CIBER Program Fee.

     The CIBER Program Fee includes:  books & course materials
     and several group meals.  Please note that the enrollment

     deposit will be deducted from the overall Program Fee. 

     Full payment details will be sent (by email) to enrolled students. 


Important Note:  Enrollment deposits will be accepted after the deadline, pending space availability.
 

Application Status:  It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that all required materials are received.  Enrollment cannot be confirmed until all materials are received.  After submitting the enrollment deposit, McCombs students will receive detailed enrollment instructions by email.
