BBA Global Business Program: Orientation & Activities
Orientation and Support
Shortly after their arrival in Austin, students will participate in a required
welcome and orientation program to acquaint them with
Austin, The University of Texas at Austin, the McCombs School of Business, and
the BBA Global Business Program. The orientation program
provides students with the opportunity to meet their classmates, professors,
CIBER staff, and on-site program liaisons.
CIBER staff
members are available to help students with their transition to Austin and to
offer them general support for the BBA Global Business Program.
Additionally, on-site program liaisons (faculty members from FGV and SJTU) will be in Austin with the students for the duration of the
program. Typically, the on-site program liaisons offer guidance to students during the program and arrange
additional group activities in the Austin area.
