How to Enroll in the International Accounting Programs
Given high student interest in the
2009 International Accounting Programs, enrollment for the International Accounting
Programs
will take place by randomized lottery. Enrollment in the programs is
limited (30 participants for each program). Students are encouraged to
review the specific program website to determine their
eligibility for the program. We also encourage students to consult with their
MPA Academic Advisor
and to speak with a CIBER Study Abroad coordinator or
peer advisor.
Lottery Process Details:
• Any MPA student interested in the
programs can sign up on the
lottery interest list in the CIBER
office (CBA North 3.204);
• The interest list will be open
from 10/20/08 to 10/31/08;
• Students will rank the
programs based on their interest;
• The lottery includes
priority placement based on academic year;
• On 11/03/08, CIBER will select
students for the spots in the
programs, by randomized
lottery, from this list;
• Each priority level will be
randomized separately;
• Emails (from CIBER) will be sent
to students who receive a spot;
• Students will have 48 hours to go
in person to CIBER and pay the
$500 (non-refundable)
enrollment deposit;
• Failure to comply will result in
a reassignment of the spot;
• A waitlist will be created from
the lottery list.
