STEVE HANKIN received his BSME from Tufts University and his MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.  He joined Frito Lay in 1988 and spent seven years in field operations at the Killingly, CT site, in both manufacturing and warehousing.  For the past eleven years he has had various headquarters assignments in contract manufacturing, product supply, raw material supply, and supply chain development.  Currently he is leading next generation MRP projects for supply chain development.
