Supply Chain Security Specialist, C-TPAT (U.S. Customs and Border Protection)

Richard O’Brien is a Supply Chain Security Specialist with U.S. Customs and Border Protection.  He has been with U.S. Customs twenty-eight years, serving as a uniformed officer, supervisor and branch chief in the New York metropolitan area.  He has management experience in contraband enforcement, inspection technology and trade regulation in air and maritime venues. He holds a BA in Economics from City University of New York.
