Energy Finance Specialization

The Energy Finance Specialization is the premier program of its type among MBA programs in the United States. The curriculum is designed to help students develop strong financial and quantitative skills in the areas of greatest interest to energy-oriented businesses.

Students are accepted into the program through an application process each spring semester. Courses in this specialization focus on valuation of financial contracts and derivatives, hedging and risk management strategies, and business valuations and M&A. Students graduating from this specialization are qualified to work as financial analysts, commodity traders, investment bankers and consultants within the energy industry.
