** All travel and hotel expenses are those of each
participating team/school.
For your budgeting preparations, please consider
these potential expenses for your team:
Airfare: Roundtrip to
Hotel: Estimated $125-$160 per night, double occupancy, plus taxes
Parking: Hotel - $10-20 per day, depending on hotel; UT Campus – free, with validation provided
by host.
Ground transportation
(Taxi or rental car): Between the airport and
hotel, and any sightseeing travel.
Meals: Any meals outside of the Challenge. Complimentary food & beverage will be
provided during all Challenge events beginning with the first day's Icebreaker
Reception & opening dinner, through
the second day's awards ceremony.
