Our keynote speaker for the afternoon will be Professor Henry Hu. He will be speaking
on Hedge Funds and Corporate Governance: “Empty Voting,” “Hidden (Morphable)
Ownership,” and “Decoupling."
The panel discussion will include opening remarks from the former Chief Justice of the
Supreme Court of Texas and Baker Botts L.L.P. partner, The Honorable Thomas R. Phillips.
Yasho Lahiri, Baker Botts L.L.P., will serve as the moderator. The panel will feature:
