Joining the Brass Ring Program
To apply, complete an application and return it
(along with a copy of your resumes) to
the QMC / Brass Ring office in UTC
1.124. Where the application form says "Advisor", your advisor
should sign the application to verify academic requirements are met,
including at least 45 hours of UT accepted credits by the beginning of the Fall 2008 semester and a declared academic major.
Completed applications for Fall 2008 are due in the QMC / Brass Ring office not later than Monday, April 14, 2008.
If
the office is not open please put your team application in an envelope
and slide it under the door.
The QMC / Brass Ring office is located in UTC 1.124
and is open Tuesdays from 8:30 – 11:30am and 1:30 – 4:00pm. Please call
in advance (phone 471-5818) to assure professor availability.
