All Meetings Are Held in CBA 4.342, 6-7 PM
FALL
Our first meeting of the semester is 6:00 PM on Tuesday Sept. 18, 2007. Please attend and learn about what BHA has to offer and what is going on this semester. Remember that BHA is open to all majors so don't worry if you aren't in the business school. We will have FREE pizza and drinks. So come by if you like business, healthcare, and having a great time.
General Meeting # 3:
Dr. John T. Hays M.D., F.A.C.C. will come and speak on the topic of cardiology. Dr. Hays received his medical degree from The University of Texas Medical School in Houston. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and his fellowships in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr. Hays’ areas of special interest are Interventional Cardiology and Nuclear Cardiology. He is board certified in both Internal Medicine and in the subspecialty of Cardiovascular Disease.
General Meeting #4:
Ms. Elisabeth Bowlin will speak about being a pharmacist at Walgreens and about her position as the regional supervisor for Walgreens Pharmacy.
SPRING
General Meeting 2/12
Dr.Christopher Chenault (MD) will be visiting and speaking to us. He was the Chief of the Department of Orthopedics at Brackenridge Hospital, Chief of Staff at Brackenridge Hospital, and President of the Travis County Medical Society. Remember the room change. This meeting will be in CBA 4.338 Tuesday Feb. 12 at 6 p.m. There will be food and drinks. We hope to see you there!
General Meeting 2/26
Dr. Josh Hogg, a radiologist, will be coming to speak to us. Hope to see
all the old and new members at the meeting! As always, there will be pizza and
drinks.
