The University of Texas at Austin enjoys the reputation of providing a very liberal and socially  progressive environment for its students, faculty and staff. 

This openness extends to the GLBT community at the McCombs School of Business.  Should you matriculate in our program, you will notice from the moment that you receive your orientation materials there are no references to "husband or wife" only "significant others." 

The University of Texas at Austin and the McCombs School welcome GLBT students and their significant others with open arms into the community.  In addition GLBT students will take comfort in the camaraderie of other openly gay students, Deans of the MBA program and faculty.

In addition, MBA OutSource provides several social events throughout the year for the GLBT members of the McCombs community, as well as its supporters.  Many of our members also participate in GLBT Grad, the university wide graduate student GLBT organization.
