A Year in the Life of a CPG MBA
25 1st Year members participated in Frito-Lay's "A Year in the Life of a Brand Manager" workshop. Students did a case study for Sun Chips and created Sun Chips marketing plans for both large grocery stores and Whole Foods. They learned about agency interaction and practiced creative briefing.
"The Frito CPG day really helped me understand the key decisions and challenges a brand manager tackles every day. The Frito-Lay team that presented was very insightful and open about discussing the recent strategic shift they made with the Cheetos, including things that did and didn't work, and the things that they're still trying to refine with the brand today."

GMN Members Visit Nike
8 1st Year GMN members visited Nike's campus over the holiday break. Students were exposed to the history and heritage of Nike and spoke to a panel of Nike representatives. A highlight was getting to shop at the Nike store.
