Team Registration forms must be
mailed, faxed or emailed to Angela Dorsey at UT-Austin.
Resumes of participating students must be emailed to
Angela Dorsey.
The judging panel has requested that a headshot photo
page of the team be included for the book.
Hotel rooms must be booked at the Radisson Hotel downtown.

| Tuesday, October 30 | The case will be distributed to each team via email at 9:00 a.m. (CST). The UT team will receive the case at 3:00 p.m.. | ||
| Thursday, November 1 | Teams arrive in Austin. Each team's presentation disk/CD must be submitted by 6:00 p.m. (CST) at the Icebreaker reception at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Student dinner is at 7:30 at the UT Alumni Center. | ||
| Friday, November 2 |
Team presentations will last
from 8:45 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. in Austin at The University of Texas at Austin,
with lunch to follow. Finals round and Awards Ceremony, 12:15-3:00 p.m. Closing reception, 5:30-7:00p.m. |
