- Manager of total organization financial resources
- Accountability for all financial reporting, budgeting, organization account management and fundraising documentation/collection
- Interface with account related university officials

- Accountability for alumni, current members and CREF council member database
- Accountability for all public relations and publicity initiatives (TBW, Daily Texan, etc.)
- Responsibility for maintenance, development and responses related to GRES web page

- Responsibility for fund raising events.
