Beau Longino

PRESIDENT: Beau Longino
  • Overall organizational direction and vision 
  • Ultimate accountability for management of executive board, additional appointees, financial status and all standing and new GRES initiatives
  • Primary spokesperson and representative of membership to other Graduate School of Business organizations, administration, faculty and all external parties

Brooke Ferris

VICE PRESIDENT - EXTERNAL: Brooke Ferris
  • External (Non-UT) relationship management point person (e.g. recruiters, speakers, donors, UT MBA applicants)
  • Responsibility for successful execution of all speaker and dinner series initiatives
  • Responsibility for successful execution of all career panel initiatives

Michael Searls

VICE PRESIDENT - INTERNAL: Michael Searls
  • Responsiblity for managing relationships between GRES and other UT entities: Real Estate Finance & Investment Center (REFIC), Career Services, etc.
  • Support REFIC in the successful execution of the National Real Estate Challenge

Jesse Smelser

VICE PRESIDENT - COMMUNICATIONS: Jesse Smelser
  • Accountability for alumni, current members and REFIC council member database
  • Accountability for all public relations and publicity initiatives (TBW, Daily Texan, etc.)
  • Responsibility for maintenance, development and responses related to GRES website

Kevin White

VICE PRESIDENT - SPECIAL EVENTS: Kevin White
  • Responsibility for successful planning, staffing and execution of GRES Golf Tournament.
  • Responsibility for fund raising events.
  • Main interface with local merchant relationships (t-shirts, printers, etc.)

Nicholas Swyka

VICE PRESIDENT - TREASURER: Nicholas Swyka
  • Manager of total organization financial resources
  • Accountability for all financial reporting, budgeting, organization account management and fundraising documentation/collection
  • Interface with account related university officials
