Indian Graduate Business Association The Indian Graduate
Business Association (IGBA) is a non profit, non political organization run
by MBA students at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas,
Austin. Membership is open to all students interested in Indian business and
culture. The IGBA was formed to
nurture a community of people interested in India and is committed to raising
India's profile at the McCombs School of Business. It seeks to be a source of
knowledge on India and a forum for lively interaction between students,
alumni and business professionals. The IGBA strongly believes that India has
a leading role to play in the world economy and works towards advancing that goal
through events such as the India Business Forum, panel workshops and speaker
series. IGBA also helps
incoming Indian MBA students transition into life in Austin, (for example,
arranging to pick them up from the Austin airport when they arrive in the
Fall Semester). In addition, it facilitates recruiting opportunities
for its members through its links with the Ford Career Center and The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) - Austin Chapter. We invite you to
become part of this community and welcome your involvement/participation in
