- Phi Beta Chi is not strictly business. We hold many social events to give our members the chance to meet new people, and have some fun. With events like themed parties, mixers, happy hours, Cocktail, Formal, intramural sports, and chapter dinners, our members are never at a loss for something fun to do. We also match up our new members with Big Brothers so that everyone has the opportunity to meet new people.
- The New Member Program welcomes women of all majors. It is designed to introduce new members into the fraternity in a professional yet fun environment. Some of the program's events include: weekly meetings, pledge retreat, pledge party, a field day, the Big Sis/Lil' Sis Program, Big Brother Program, community service projects, leadership opportunities, and weekly study hours.
