Need motivation? Well... Here it is!!! A
combination of cardio and strength
training intervals will give you a TOTAL
BODY workout in one hour. We will work
in teams as well as individually to push
your bodies and minds to the next level.
This invitation is open to all! Please
feel free to include your friends,
co-workers and family members. ALL
FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME AND ALL

Bring a yoga mat or towel and hand

Tracy Pajer is a Certified Personal
Trainer and Group Instructor through the
National Academy of Sports Medicine and
AFAA. She has been working in the
Health and Fitness for the last 5 years
in San Francisco and prior was a
professional modern dancer in NYC.
