By accessing and using the UBC Web Site you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use and all terms and
conditions contained and/or referenced herein or any additional terms and conditions set forth on this web site.
This web site, currently located at www.texasbusinesscouncil.com and redirected to www.mccombs.utexas.edu/students/ubc/,
as well as all services related to this web site (collectively, the “Site”) is maintained and provided by the
Undergraduate Business Council at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. The terms
and conditions set forth in this terms of use notice (“Terms of Use”) shall govern and apply to your visit to and
use of the Site. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these
Terms of Use, in whole or in part, please do not use this Site.
Amendments and Acceptance
These Terms of Use may be amended by the UBC at any time, and upon posting on this Site become effective. Please
check the Terms of Use published on this Site regularly to ensure that you are aware of all terms governing your
use of this web Site. Other specific terms and conditions may apply to specific content, products, materials,
services or information contained on or available through this Site. Such specific terms may be in addition to
these Terms of Use or, where inconsistent with these Terms of Use, only to the extent the content or intent of
such specific terms is inconsistent with these Terms of Use, such specific terms will supersede these Terms of Use.

Although care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the information on this Site, the UBC assumes no responsibility

for any particular purpose, non-infringement, or as to the operation of this website or the content. The UBC does
not warrant or make any representations as to the security of this web site. You acknowledge any information sent
may be intercepted. The UBC does not warrant that the Site or the servers which make this site available are free

In no event shall the UBC be liable for any director, indirect, consequential, punitive special or incidental damages
resulting from, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use this Site or the content, even
if the UBC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any action brought against the UBC pertaining to or
in connection with this Site must be commences and notified to the UBC in writing within one (1) year after the date
the cause for action arose.

This Site may provide links to other web sites that are not under the control of the UBC. UBC shall not be responsible
in any way for the content of such other web sites. UBC provides such links only as a convenience to the user of this

Rules for Chatrooms, Bulletin Boards, and Other User-Supplied Material
This website may have an area which allows you to "chat" or upload and download materials. When using any of these areas,
you agree not to post, send, transmit, upload, or otherwise publish through this Site, any materials that (1) interfere
with anyone else's use of the Site; (2) are abusive, illegal, indecent, obscene, offensive, or threatening in any way;
