MEMBERSHIP

Membership is open to any undergraduate business student, or students in other colleges who have an interest in commercial real estate at the discretion of the officers. Dues are $35 per semester or $60 for the year and can be given to any one of our officers. Please make checks payable to the Undergraduate Real Estate Society.

Benefits of membership include, but not limited to:

• Invitations to meetings, workshops, activities, and socials.
• Private job opportunity notices that come through the UT/McCombs Real Estate Finance and Investment Center (REFIC), to members only.
• Access to the REFIC Career Mentoring program (for upper-division students).
• Special group dinners and company field trips.
• URES T-shirt (as available).
