The Undergraduate Real Estate Society (URES) seeks to bridge the gap between classroom knowledge and business experiences in the real estate field. Through speakers, office visits, and social events, URES helps its members increase their knowledge about the real estate industry as well as explore career opportunities within real estate. By providing networking opportunities for members to develop and establish contacts within the industry, URES also assists its members in obtaining internships in the field.

URES plays a particularly significant role for undergrads who have an interest in the real estate industry. As undergrads cannot take real estate classes until their junior or senior years, URES is the main venue through which students learn about the real estate industry.
