Online Video Tutorials
The Training Team has recently started making video tutorials.  You can find several Excel videos on our Excel page in the Tutorials section of this web site.  We have also created a Managing Your Mailbox Size tutorial page.

the Most
The Training Team now has a blog called the MOST (short for McCombs Office Solutions and Tips).  Although most of our posts center around Microsoft Office, we will post about other topics when we think it will be helpful.  Some of our favorite posts so far are Embed a YouTube Video in PowerPoint and Adding the Same Cell on Several Worksheets.  We update the blog weekly.  Please stop by and leave a comment.

Online Training Classes!
The Training Team is happy to announce that a limited number of our training classes will be available for online viewing. These classes are recordings of actual live classes or practice sessions and then made available as video casts. You can find them on our Online Classes page.

Mission
To promote the effective use and exploration of technology by providing superior computer training and learning resources to the students, faculty, and staff of McCombs School of Business and the community it serves.

Training Team Services
We provide McCombs students, faculty, and staff with:

• Training Classes on the Microsoft Office Software
• Assistance with McCombs technology resources
• Online Training Tutorials on Microsoft Office Software
• Departmental training upon request

Training Team Policies:

Failure to Attend Policy - The Training Team makes every effort to remind registrants of the date and time of training classes. You are responsible for remembering to attend classes you have signed up for. If you find you cannot attend a class, you are responsible for withdrawing from the class in advance of the session. If you have an emergency situation and cannot cancel in advance of the class, please notify the Training Team within the following 2 business days of the class date missed.

Training Lab Reservations – Use of the Technology Training Lab requires an advance reservation. All reservations must be approved by the Training Team before a reservation may be considered final. Reservations should be created through a meeting request, listing the Technology Training Team Lab as a Resource. If non-COE software is to be used or non-McCombs users will attend, the trainers must have time in the training schedule to re-image the lab prior to and after use of the lab.  The Technology Training Team Lab can only be reserved Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
