Outlook Web Access

Outlook Web Access (OWA) is an online version of Outlook that provides easy and reliable access to email and all the other functions of our Exchange server.

You can connect to OWA by going directly to  https://mail.mccombs.utexas.edu and clicking Outlook Web Access.
Or you can access it by going to the main McCombs website. From there, click Webmail and then click Outlook Web Access.

The logon screen looks like the picture below. To log in:

1. In the "Domain\user name" field, type mccombs\msbaccount, where msbaccount is your McCombs computer account.
   For students, this is msb + letters + numbers, e.g. msbaa001
   For faculty and staff, this is your last name + first initial, e.g., smithj

2. Enter your password in the "Password" field

3. If you are using a slow Internet connection, switch Client to "Basic."

4. If you are using a public computer, set Security to "Public or shared computer." If you are using a personal computer, set Security to "Private computer."

5. Click Log On.
