It is very important to have anti-virus software on your computer that downloads updates regularly- every day! However, before installing new anti-virus software, always check to see if you already have anti-virus software. You should never install new anti-virus software until you un-install the old one.

Please note: If you own a McCombs Notebook Computer, your computer came with Symantec anti-virus installed. You do not need to install anti-virus software!
