Will someone from UT visit my high school?
Check with your high school Counselor. UT has Admissions Representatives that travel around and visit area schools. If your high school Counselor is unsure, contact the Freshman Admissions Center and ask for the travel schedule for representatives that visit your area.

BBA students are not required to purchase a computer. However, if you choose to do so, you should read about recommended specifications and the McCombs Notebook Program.
What are the core courses that I will be required to take?
Check the on-line degree plans and degree information.
For transfer credits completed at a Texas junior/community college or university, check out the Automated Transfer Equivalency System. The ATE inventory provides UT-Austin transfer credit equivalencies for commonly transferred courses offered at colleges and universities throughout Texas.
Contact the Office of Admissions with questions regarding courses completed at out-of-state or foreign institutions.
I earned credit by exam through Advance Placement and want to know how that credit applies at UT.
For credit earned through Advanced Placement or credit-by-exam, check with the Measurement & Evaluation Office to see what credit (if any) you're eligible to receive. The MEC also schedules exams in various areas, especially during summer orientation.
Freshman scholarships are available through the Office of Admissions.
Transfer scholarships are available through the Office of Student Financial Services.
You should also check the Ex-Students Association website for additional scholarship information.
The Undergraduate Programs Office in the Business School publishes scholarship information only for continuing students. This information is available on the scholarships page.
