Internship Requirement

All McCombs students are required to complete a professional, business-related internship or practicum course.  This requirement is designed to help students reflect on their learning while in an educational employment position.

This experience should lead to:

• opportunities to practice academic learning
• increased professional skills
• integrated learning about how specific projects relate to larger business goals
• further ability to match career/employment choices with personal interaction styles and abilities
• greater understanding of business processes
