- CBS has exchange agreements with over 300 universities and business schools worldwide.
- Each year, CBS sends over 1000 students abroad and every year a little over 1000 students go to CBS.
- CBS offers a 6½ - week summer program, the equivalent of half a normal semester’s worth of classes (up to 15 ECTS).

- The actual founding of Copenhagen dates to 1167 AD, when Bishop Absalon built a fortress on Slotsholmen.
- Prior to being populated by Scandinavians, Denmark was home to Celts - as evidenced by the discovery of ritualistic bog murders and burials.
- In 1849, Denmark became a constitutional monarchy with the adoption of a new constitution. The monarch is formally head of state, a role which is mainly ceremonial. Executive power is exercised by the cabinet ministers, with the prime minister acting as the first among equals.
- Denmark is geographically the smallest Nordic country.
