The purpose of The LeaderShape® Institute is to produce a breakthrough in the leadership capacity of participants and facilitators.

The Institute provides that and much more. This unique six-day program is designed to help students “lead with integrity.”

LeaderShape® aims to help students gain the skills needed to become great leaders in schools, communities, organizations, clubs and beyond. LeaderShape® will help you create a vision and bring your vision to reality.

The LeaderShape® Institute is FREE for the students selected to attend the retreat.

What will you learn?

The six-day program will teach participants how to:

• Build successful teams
• Implement action plans
• Evaluate personal strengths and weaknesses
• Communicate with care and impact
• Understand power and influence

The Institute does NOT teach:

• Dressing for success
• Winning through intimidation
• Manipulation or politics
• Mind Games
• Fad management techniques
