The Frito Lay Leadership Center

The McCombs School of Business takes pride in its student organizations and considers involvement in business school organizations an integral part of the educational experience.  Participation in student organizations is essential to the professional development of students, building skills that are instrumental to success in the workforce such as leadership, group facilitation, conflict management, and negotiation.  Interpersonal communication and presentation skills are also strengthened. 

Thus, the McCombs School partnered with Frito-Lay to create a state-of-the art Student Leadership Center that is available for members of all McCombs Affiliated Student Organizations.  The facility is located adjacent to the Atrium, the most prominent and heavily utilized location in the business school.  The Frito-Lay Student Leadership Center provides a conference room for student and corporate networking events, office equipment and work space. 

The Frito-Lay Student Leadership Center enhances our ability to continue providing companies with graduates who have an outstanding business education and solid leadership skills.
