COVID-19 UPDATE:  2021 Summer Programs

The McCombs School of Business plans to host our three high school summer programs in person in June 2021.  However, due to the continued COVID-19 health concerns summer programs may take place in a virtual setting. Please note, final notice for the summer program format will be publicized on April 1, 2021.

The safety and health of the UT community is our highest priority. The university is following guidelines established by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Austin Public Health. We are coordinating with other local public health officials to gather and share the most up-to-date information. Thank you for your understanding as we all navigate this unprecedented time in our state.

The McCombs Summer High School Programs are free, six-day experiences focused on business and leadership that offer rising junior and senior high school students the chance to learn and interact with McCombs students, faculty, and corporate representatives. Outstanding African-American, Latino and Native American students, first-generation students, and students who have overcome social or economic hardship are strongly encouraged to apply. However, all students are welcome to apply. This is your chance to see what it's like to live and learn on campus before you graduate high school!
