After graduation, I plan to pursue a career in sales. I had the opportunity to intern as a sales representative for a company in Coppell, TX (outside of Dallas). During my internship, I was able to really see the day-to-day life of a sales rep. The fast, dynamic and exciting days throughout the summer gave me more insight into to what I want to do.
Best thing about McCombs:
The professors are cutting-edge researchers, and at the same time are extremely passionate about teaching and your academic success. As for the students, I have met the most intelligent, fun, caring, outgoing people during my time in the business school. Because I have this close-knot community of friends, McCombs has become a home away from home.
Favorite thing to do at UT:
Texas football is my favorite thing about UT. Nothing can compare to the feeling of walking into the Darrel K. Royal Stadium and seeing a sea of Burnt Orange, with fans passionately rooting the Longhorns to victory. During these times, I realize that I am a part of something bigger than myself.
Cool things I've done during my time at UT:
I studied abroad for a semester at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.
Sang in front of the UT Tower for "Gone to Texas"
Went to the Austin City Limits Music Festival
