Founding Executive Council Members
The Master of Science in Business Analytics program is pleased to have Walmart and Deloitte Consulting as the founding members of the Executive Council for the program. These companies act as strategic partners to the program. They will provide insight and advice as the program develops. Faculty, staff, and students will also interact with these firms using secure data sets from current business problems as examples and projects throughout their coursework. Their generous contributions to the program also provide scholarship support to the best incoming students.
Executive Council Members
Our executive council members have joined Walmart and Deloitte Consulting to also advise on programmatic issues and give business insights to ensure that the direction of the program is relevant to industry. This group works with program staff and faculty, provides data sets for classroom and practicum projects, and also supplements scholarship opportunities for incoming students. The executive council is currently made up of AT&T, Boeing, Dell, Dun & Bradstreet, IBM R&D, Phillips66, Seton, Southwest Airlines and USAA.
Industry Council Members
We have also partnered with other industry leaders to enhance the overall program offering and to allow interaction between the students, faculty, and business professionals. The Industry Council members primarily focus on recruiting students from the program, but also enrich student education through providing secure data, business problems, and coursework examples. The Industry Council is currently made up of: Accenture, American Airlines, Cameron, The Daily Dot, GM, HomeAway, HP, PricewaterhouseCoopers, RetailMeNot, Revionics, SAP and Vast.
