High-performing businesses – Amazon, Southwest Airlines, Starbucks, Whole Foods, Zappos, among numerous others – usually credit their cultures for their success.  It is clear that creating and nurturing the right culture is key to winning in competitive markets.

How can you create a culture that is right for your business and how can you make sure that it helps you outperform your competition?
Join the Herb Kelleher Center for Entrepreneurship at the McCombs School of Business for a highly interactive session with a powerful, hard-nosed, practical approach to designing the right organizational culture for your business.

The workshop will be followed by a fireside chat with Vice President of Southwest Airlines University, Elizabeth Bryant.
