CCIMS Fall Roundtable—"Using Business Analytics to Drive Customer-Centric Marketing"
The marketing environment is evolving at an accelerating pace toward an omni-channel based marketplace as evidenced by the double-digit growth in multi-channel shopping behavior, online shopping, mobile commerce, and social media activity. With this transition has come not just an explosion of customer data but, more importantly, an imperative to be smarter about the way we marketers leverage that data. Smart marketing today and tomorrow must take a more integrated view of previously disparate analytical approaches such as web analytics, loyalty systems, CRM systems, etc. so that marketing strategies and programs are driven by the richer customer insight that will result.
During our Fall Roundtable, CCIMS will provide a forum for an exchange of experiences, ideas, and challenges in the use of business analytics to drive customer-centric marketing. We expect that presentations will showcase a wide range of marketing applications including customer segmentation, merchandising, promotion campaign design and execution, and loyalty programs to name a few.

The McCombs Marketing Conference 2013—"Insights and Actions for Tomorrow's Marketing Challenges"
CCIMS, in conjunction with the CCIMS Marketing Fellows, will host the second annual McCombs Marketing Conference this spring. This two-day conference will focus on new trends shaping innovation in Marketing.
