Specific Applications of the Toolkit

Here are two resources created by Dr. Mendez for a presentation to U.S. realtors who want to sell into new markets--not only to people overseas, but also unfamiliar ethnic communities within the U.S.  These webinars introduce the cultural features in the Cultural Analysis Toolkit and describe the way they affect real estate relationships and transactions.  They include four of the eight cultural dimensions in the toolkit and reference the self-assessment profile on page 34 of the toolkit.
