How to Apply- UT Students

UT student application is a competitive process in which a select number of students are chosen to participate.  This is done in order to maintain a highly diverse environment. To be eligible to apply, you must be an undergraduate students in good academic standing with a minimum 2.5 GPA.

The Application

  1. Meet the minimum requirements set forth by this program. Please note, meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
  2. Submit the Online Application Form

Once You've Been Accepted

  1. Submit a (non-refundable) $500.00 deposit upon receipt of payment instructions. This deposit will secure your spot on the program, and will go towards your program fee.
  2. Submit additional required documents to complete enrollment (required docs include print-out of online enrollment, signed program codes & policies, and passport-sized photo)

How to Apply - International Students

Program Application Process:

Students from invited institutions may apply directly via our website or be nominated by their host institutions. If you are not sure of your category, contact the study abroad coordinator at your school.

Students follow host institution's own selection process and will be nominated by their home institution. Once nominated, they will be required  to complete the above application process.

    No additional screening will be required by UT. Please note, nomination process might vary by institution, so please contact your host institution for specific details pertaining to your institution. Please contact your school for university specific enrollment deadlines.

    Payment Process and Schedule:

    The schedule and process varies within each school. Please contact your university for details. Please note all students are required to observe the withdrawal schedule as presented in the financial policy form regardless of host institutions internal schedule.
