Snuller Price

Snuller Head ShotSnuller heads the E3 practice in Energy and Climate Policy. He has 19 years of experience in electric and natural gas utility resource planning, renewables, energy efficiency, and distributed generation. E3 is an economics, engineering, and policy consulting company located in San Francisco with clients that span the U.S. EPA, DOE, state public utility commissions, regional transmission operators, as well as investor-owned and public utilities. E3 supports the assessment of California’s 33% RPS executive order, and is the developer of several publicly available, non-proprietary policy and planning analysis tools. Mr. Price is a co-author on a recently published a paper in Science exploring pathways for California to meet the deep GHG reductions called for by 2050 of 80% below 1990 levels. Mr. Price has an M.S. in Engineering Economic Systems and Operations Research from Stanford University (1997), and a B.S. in Engineering and B.A. in Economics from Swarthmore College (1993).
