Innovation in Health Care Delivery Systems Symposium
Each April, the McCombs Healthcare Initiative hosts a two-day research symposium that brings together faculty and researchers from across The University of Texas at Austin campus and the UT System’s health science centers.
Participants present their latest work in health care research on innovation in healthcare delivery systems. This event also features nationally and internationally recognized keynote speakers, programs designed for health care practitioners and industry leaders, and MBA and Ph.D. students interested in, or performing, research in health care.
The symposium program is designed by a team of faculty from across The University of Texas at Austin campus and other UT System components.
In November, the Initiative hosts a one-day research seminar designed to identify a topic at a clear intersection of business discipline and the health care industry. This event typically features one national expert as a keynote speaker, with whom UT faculty, doctoral students, and industry leaders explore the chosen topic.
