Robert Franklin (Frank) Muller, Jr. is chief executive officer of Provasi Capital Partners LP. In this capacity, Mr. Muller leads the company’s overall strategy of providing access to selected managers and specialized investment opportunities. In a career spanning nearly 30 years, Mr. Muller has accumulated broad experience building and managing multi-channel
distribution platforms for investment management companies.
Mr. Muller has been a featured contributor in numerous industry publications, including Bloomberg, Kiplinger’s, Investment News, FA-Mag.com, ThinkAdvisor, The D.I. Wire and wealthmanagement.com. In addition, he serves on the board of trustees of the Investment Program Association—the trade association of the direct investment industry. Mr. Muller also serves on the Advisory Council for the Herb Kelleher Center for Entrepreneurship,
Growth and Renewal at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Muller was a managing director and partner at Kiski Group, LLC, where he was responsible for sourcing capital for institutional investment managers in the alternative investment space. Mr. Muller was formerly employed by Hines Real Estate Investments, Inc. During his tenure there, he was president of Hines Real Estate Securities and also served as a member of the board. Mr. Muller was also vice president of
Hines Advisors LP, which manages the Hines REIT and Hines Global REIT.
Prior to joining Hines, Mr. Muller was the national director of sales for Morgan Stanley’s Investment Management Group in New York. Prior to that role, he was the executive director of Van Kampen Investments (subsidiary of Morgan Stanley) in Chicago for nearly nine years. He began his career working as a corporate controller and financial advisor.
Mr. Muller is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. He also holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses.

Kathryn Turpin is a senior corporate and transactional attorney with experience working with a spectrum of businesses from the small start-up company to the medium sized company. She is licensed to practice law in both Texas and California, and she has handled a wide variety of commercial transactions, including general business transactions, acquisitions and sales of businesses, and technology agreements. Kathryn works with companies to help them identify the proper ownership structure and then to implement their plan for doing business (whether as a traditional brick and mortar business or an online business). In this role, she creates form agreements for the business and documents the relationships between the business and its customers, vendors or business partners as well as the relationships between the business owners and employees or consultants. Kathryn views her relationship with clients as a collaborative effort, with the goal of making a client’s business run as smoothly as possible.
Kathryn’s clients find her to be a thoughtful, attentive counselor who provides simple and clear explanations to her clients and who can craft cost-effective solutions to meet their business goals.
Kathryn is a three-time Ironman finisher and has crossed the Grand Canyon eight times. She is happily married to an astrophysicist and has two stepchildren in college. In her free time, Kathryn enjoys running, swimming, yoga, reading, and spending time with their four cats.
