The McCombs School of Business' Management Department boasts an award-winning faculty. Our professors regularly publish cutting-edge research about entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, organization theory, and strategic management in the best management journals, including the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly, Organization Science, and Strategic Management Journal. Our faculty members regularly receive teaching awards for a variety of core and elective courses we offer to BBA, MBA, and Ph.D. students.
The McCombs School of Business upheld its top rank ever of #6 in 2016 in Bloomberg Businessweek's final survey of the best undergraduate business schools in the U.S. Moreover, according to the latest 2016 U.S. News & World Report's specialty rankings in the nation, the McCombs' undergraduate program is ranked #7 (up from #8 in 2015), and the Management Department itself is ranked #7. In 2015, U.S. News & World Report ranked McCombs' MBA program as #17 and entrepreneurship as #8. The 2015 The Princeton Review (in partnership with Entrepreneur magazine) ranks the McCombs School and its Herb Kelleher Center for Entrepreneurship as #8 in the nation out of the top 25 graduate schools for entrepreneurship.
