Jessica Koehler

Jessica Koehler is a BBA career coach on the BBA Career Management team at The University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business. She advises accounting, international business, management, supply chain, and other undergraduate business students as they navigate their career searches. Koehler also teaches Professional Development & Career Planning, a course required for all undergraduate students at Texas McCombs. Prior to her current role, she was a senior academic advisor at UT’s Cockrell School of Engineering, where she worked with current and prospective engineering students.

As a BBA career coach, Koehler helps undergraduate students with creating and editing résumés and cover letters and preparing for interviews for full-time positions and internships. She works with employers all over Texas and the nation to plan events, including mock interviews and workshops. 

Koehler earned a Ph.D. in higher education/administration of higher education from Auburn University, and a Master of Science degree in family and child sciences from Florida State University. She worked at Auburn University as a coordinator of supplemental instruction and as an area director. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the University of Georgia.
