The BBA Women’s Council (BBAWC) provides a forum for undergraduate businesswomen to learn about, and discuss current issues and opportunities in business. BBAWC participants learn how to prepare for success after graduation, how to network with prominent women in business, and about the challenges women may face in the workforce.

The McCombs Diversity Council (MDC) is designed to educate students about diversity and diversity-related issues in the workplace. MDC strives to create an atmosphere in which students are comfortable conducting open dialogue on various diversity topics. By building strong relationships with companies that recognize and value diversity, we empower students to become leaders in the business world.

Target Your Future (TYF)
is a small group seminar series over seven weeks designed for first generation college students and minority business students. TYF students gain experience and confidence through in-depth education on career-related topics. TYF provides a platform for students to gain more perspective on industries and employers.
