The McCombs School of Business would like to cordially invite your organization to attend our eleventh Annual MBA Careers Now Interview Forum, a just-in-time MBA recruiting event for full-time and internship candidates.  Recruiters meet with students in the morning for initial screening conversations, 5-10 minutes at a time, 1-2 students at a time.  The flow of students is managed by the Career Management Team.  During the lunch hour, recruiters can review the resumes they received and call candidates to fill an interview schedule that afternoon.  Space is limited by the number of rooms in our recruiting center, so we ask that you register early.  Our system now allows you to post your open positions directly within your registration so students can view the positions in advance.  The registration deadline is Friday, April 14th.  We suggest a maximum of 2 recruiters per company per room.  There is no registration fee for this event.  Interviews will be conducted in the same interview room used by each company earlier in the day. The recommended interview time is 30 minutes to accommodate up to six interviews per recruiter in the afternoon. We will provide sheets for self scheduling for 30-minute, 45-minute and hour long interviews in the afternoon.

Event Attire

Recommended Employer Attire – business casual or what reflects your company culture

Student Attire – business professional attire (suits)

You can post job descriptions in your registration.  If you don't have a job description available at the time of registration, you can always go back in and add it later.  Please have job descriptions posted in your registration by Friday, April 14th.
