"Unleashing Authenticity Through Strengths" with Shannon Lea Pickering

Focusing on strengths is the key to growing our contribution, to being validated by others, and to find meaning, direction, and balance in our lives. Because we are all blind to some of our strengths, strengths discovery is the first step in this process. After discovering your unique mosaic of talents, it is in learning to productively activate and orchestrate these talents that you can truly maximize your life, career, and relationship performance. I call this process “Unleashing Authenticity.” The purpose of this talk is to show:

      • How a focus on strengths, not weakness, results in a performance power advantage.
      • That you have talent that is unique to you, making it your invaluable value contribution.
      • What is means to be strengths-blind and how to identify your genius in disguise
      • How to discover your strengths and start your journey
