Culture, Cohorts and Classmates
The collaborative and dynamic culture of the Texas MBA Program is by design. We’re committed to delivering you a world-class business education that is grounded in open dialogue and teamwork. When you eventually leave campus to enter your new career, you’ll be equipped with an array of diverse perspectives and insights.
Upon arrival on campus, you’ll be carefully placed into a cohort—your Texas MBA peers with whom you’ll navigate your first year’s core curriculum. To ensure you get the most out of your cohort experience, each cohort represents a wide variety of cultures, business concentrations, professional backgrounds, and geographic locations.
You’ll also be teamed up with 4-6 classmates for your core classes. Your study group will tackle a series of business challenges and problem-solving experiences. Like the cohort system, you’ll be placed into a study group that comprises an array of backgrounds, interests, and ambitions. You’ll challenge yourself and each other—and the results will amaze.
Rowling Hall is coming soon— the future home of the Texas MBA Program. This state-of-the-art facility, located near the heart of the campus, is designed with a spirit of collaboration and your education in mind. Rowling Hall will connect you to the greater business community to create relationships with lasting value.
