Lainey Corliss

Senior Program Coordinator, Corporate and External Relations
Lainey Corliss currently co-manages External Relations for the McCombs School of Business Master of Science Programs at The University of Texas at Austin. Initially a recruiter for the hospitality industry, Lainey has worked within higher education for ten years, including as a director for Vatterott College, as a graduate level course instructor for Colorado Technical University, and as a senior advisor for Le Cordon Bleu Colleges. 

Abby Pollard

Career Coach, MS Programs
Abby Pollard is the Career Coach for the MSF program, helping students prepare for careers in business. Abby works directly with students to assist with their career exploration and job search, utilizing a variety of methodologies including resume and professional writing preparation, workshops, and mock interviews. Prior to joining the McCombs School of Business, Abby spent two years as a campus recruiter for Dimensional Fund Advisors, a global investment management firm. 

Abby holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from St. Edward’s University and Bachelor of Arts in Developmental Psychology from DePaul University. She has over ten years’ experience working in various corporate environments and industries, and is passionate about inspiring others to become the best versions of themselves by finding fulfilling careers.
