Texas MS Bridge Program Benefits

The Texas MS Bridge Program offers students dual enrollment for their undergraduate degree and a Master of Science in Information Technology and Management degree. Admission to the program is highly competitive, but includes a number of benefits, including:

  • Dual-enrollment in undergraduate degree and ITM masters degree
  • Admission after junior year of undergraduate degree
  • Take MSITM summer courses during the summer after junior year
  • Allows time for ITM internship upon completing bachelor’s degree
  • GMAT/GRE score waiver

MSITM Bridge Program General Information

If accepted into the program here are a few details about what the summer between your junior and senior year would look like:

    • 1-week orientation starting in mid-July
    • 2 summer classes running Monday-Thursday
    • Career Development events on various Fridays 

In addition, you will also have access to our career coach and can set up meetings to discuss your future career path as well as get your resume in line for any internships for the summer following your senior year.

Prerequisites

The following must be satisfied before you can be accepted into the Texas MS Information Technology and Management Bridge Program:

  • GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Junior academic standing
  • No GMAT/GRE scores required
  • University coursework in computer programming and database; major or minor in Computer Science or Management Information Systems required (exceptions made on a case by case basis with evidence of programming and database experience)
