Meet Our Staff

David Quintanilla; Interim Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
David Quintanilla is the interim associate dean for diversity, equity, and inclusion. In this position, he spearheads new diversity and inclusion programs and pushes existing ones forward. David brings extensive experience in building diverse, forward-thinking organizations from his career in the non-profit, business, and academic worlds. His goal is to serve as a champion for underrepresented groups and to create a sense of belonging for all at Texas McCombs. -
Trenzio Turner; Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Undergraduate Programs
Trenzio Turner is director of diversity, equity, and inclusion for undergraduate programs and marketing lecturer at McCombs School of Business. Turner teaches courses on personal branding for student athletes and on the role of marketing in societal bias. Turner is also owner and chief empathy officer of Progress Confirmed LLC, a consultancy focused on advertising agency operations, branding, and messaging strategy, as well as guidance on inclusion, equity, and diversity. A former advertising agency executive and partner, Turner has more than 20 years of experience and a background in media planning, agency operations, and account management. -
Milly Lopez, M.Ed.; Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Graduate Programs
Milly Lopez is director of diversity, equity & inclusion for graduate programs, where she develops and drives strategic initiatives that enhance business culture and build community for McCombs graduate programs. She collaborates with program staff, faculty, students, campus community, corporate partners, and key stakeholders to implement programming and strategic goals. Milly has over 15 years of higher education leadership experience with a background in diversity and community engagement where she led institutional partnerships, campus and community relations, student program development and institutional advancement.
