Ms. Hannah Winter is Partner and Managing Director at Strategic Decisions Group where she leads the firm’s Executive Education Practice, developing and teaching courses designed to build individual capability in decision making and risk management. In addition, collaborating with leading university partners in the field of decision science, Ms. Winter oversees the Strategic Decision and Risk Management (SDRM) certificate programs for mid-career professionals. To date, more than 1,300 people worldwide have earned a certificate in Strategic Decision and Risk Management. .

A strategy consultant and educator for over 20 years, Ms. Winter frequently delivers lectures and presentations to international audiences on the principles of decision quality in a business setting. She has helped numerous Fortune 100 companies across a variety of sectors, including automotive, consumer electronics, oil and gas, telecommunications, and utilities, develop and implement better strategies at the corporate, business unit, and technology levels. .

Ms. Winter is a Fellow in the Society of Decision Professionals (SDP) and is coauthor of the 2016 book Decision Quality: Value Creation from Better Business Decisions, with Carl Spetzler and Jennifer Meyer (Wiley, 2016). .
